Business Development Representative

Tekst is on the lookout for a rockstar Business Development Representative. At Tekst, our mission is to make AI work for the enterprise. As Business Development Representative, you will be the driving force by bringing our SaaS solution to new customers and building a strong and sustainable customer base primed for up-sell - every single day.

What you’ll do?

  • Hunt new accounts in your assigned territory
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the clients' organization, strategy, and needs
  • Demonstrate/sell value to key stakeholders within the accounts during complex sales cycles
  • Attend network events, reach out towards decision makers from across industries and build authentic and genuine relationships with them
  • Generate short-term results whilst maintaining a long-term perspective to improve overall revenue generation
  • Partner with Pre-sales & Solutions Engineering to ensure high satisfaction among prospects
  • Exceed quarterly sales targets

What skills and experience do you need?

  • You speak and write English & Dutch fluently
  • You are passionate about sales and AI and have a genuine interest in the client’s business needs and challenges
  • You have an analytical mindset and you’re able to pick things up quickly
  • You are problem solver, you thrive on understanding and solving complex problems
  • You are excellent in time management and multitasking
  • You are fluent, authentic and transparent communication and relationship builder
