Tekst is looking for an ML Engineer. At Tekst, our mission is to make AI work for the enterprise providing a unique user experience in navigating data at scale. You will join a team of ML Engineers, shipping work in the frontiers of NLP.

Technical challenges

• Orchestrate the deployment and self-training of thousands of models finetuned on customer data
• Define benchmarks and create an MLOps flow that analyzes models and ensures model quality
• Review code and work in a high-quality product focused team
• Apply the capabilities of modern NLP while remaining scalable and ensuring data quality

Required skills

• 2 years of real-life ML experience
• Proficiency in Python
• Experience in cloud native technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience in model optimization (quantization, sparsity, …)
• Experience in MLOps
• Proficient written and verbal English skills
• A learning mentality and willingness to take on technical challenges
