Tekst automates the work behind the scenes in the systems you already use, like Outlook, SAP or Salesforce. Each step in an automation uses credits, and the number depends on the value the step creates. Moving a message uses fewer credits than creating a case, and creating a case uses fewer than booking a sales order. You only pay for steps that move work forward.
